Mechanical seal operation precautions

   For external washing cooling water for machine sealing, the pressure should not be too large, generally not more than 0.05MPa, flow 0.3L / S or so,usually natural flow can work well.
 
For the inner washing cooling water for machine sealing, the pressure should be higher than the sealing pressure of 0.1MPa or more working chamber. Flow 0.5L / S or so. Flush water into the pump chamber.
 
After each rinse water or cooling water to be turned on for five minutes, and then start the device.
 
Every five minutes after stopping the device, then stop flushing water or cooling water.
 
Mechanical seals are not allowed in the absence of water or rinse under cool running water status, or dry friction operation.
